MARIA PRESSENTIN
Maria Pressentin is the Principal and Chief Knowledge Officer at Leadership Scientific, a global consulting group delivering executive education. Prior, she held the appointment of Head of Learning & Organizational Development at The Ken Blanchard Companies, in Asia. Maria has also led key corporate roles, including DVP at Siemens AG and at others global telecom players, in addition to serving as the ICF Vice President in the Singapore Chapter.
As a Senior Master Trainer and ICF certified Executive Coach, Maria is specialized in leadership and change management. She has successfully helped global organizations design and implement new cultures, integrate M&A efforts and reduce attrition rate whilst increasing people’s engagement.
She is a multiple-award-winning executive coach, academic researcher, and leadership development professional, honored by the HRD World Congress and the ACBSP scientific accreditation body.
Maria holds a Ph.D. in leadership and entrepreneurial innovation, as well as two Master degrees (MBA, MR) in strategic management and organizational research. She is a published author with a special interest in servant leadership, cultural dynamics, and social-for-profit innovation impact.
