Self Leadership
When you ‘join-the-dots’ backwards, Andrew has spent his entire professional experience changing mind-sets and developing human performance. Originally trained as a Physiotherapist (graduating in London in 1982), he soon became involved in working with sports people and teams. Frustrated by, the then, lack of information on how to help people perform better, he studied psychology, neuro-linguistics, hypnosis, neuro-semantics and even has a post-graduate in Acupuncture. After moving to Australia his results were noticed by business, and he began coaching business teams to perform. Formal studies in business at the University of Western Australia and Coach training from the International Institute of Neuro-Semantics prepared him to research and develop his own methodology – Self Leadership. Andrew has published two books on this topic and has contributed to multiple articles on the topics of coaching and leadership.
